Probably a hand made instrument by a carpenter or other artisan mid 19th century. Extra holes in counter hoops drilled after repair with iron plate and copper rivets over break through one of the holes. Original canvas over rope carry strap with handmade iron snap hooks. Original stuffed white kid covered beater. | |||
