Opposite the image is a pad covered in red velvet embossed with a large lyre. Presumably a Federal musician. In an original Union case marked: "Genuine Union Case, Improved, Fine Gilt and Burnished, Scovill Mfg Co." Donated to the Foundation by Fred Benkovic, Brookfield, WI

Musician's pouch made of leather dyed black. Stitching of white, fastened with strap over black enameled post. Large embossed brass plate of eagle on shield with flags, a rifle and drum. Banner reads: "E Pluribus Unum". Two loops on back for belt carry.
